I decided to have this treatment as I am a mum of a two year old, and although she is the best thing to ever happen to me, she can also be somewhat tiring! I feel like the past 2 years have aged my face, and I was desperate to get back to looking, and feeling, myself again.
The first thing to say is how remarkably painless the whole process is! I was expecting to be wincing my way through, but that simply isn’t the case. Each injection lasts a matter of seconds, and the more uncomfortable ones feel like a sharp pinch, whilst the more comfortable ones are at times not even noticeable! You certainly don’t need numbing cream for this – it is that quick.
I had anti-wrinkle treatment on my crows feet, between my eyebrows and under them, which smoothed my forehead beautifully and lifted my brows lightly, to give my eyes a more ‘awake’ look. This is something I definitely felt was lacking after frequent broken nights! When I smile now, my face no longer looks scrunched, and I feel much more confident without makeup on – which is an added bonus.
