I have a passion for making patients feel happier in their own skin. After working in dental practice with a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, my career transitioned into medical facial aesthetics, and I have been undertaking further training in this field for over 15 years.
Facial aesthetics treatments have advanced tremendously and it is now possible to address concerns of facial ageing in a very natural way with a combination of skincare, injectable and regenerative treatment options. I have a gentle and holistic approach to treatments and will guide patients towards achieving healthier skin and a more confident glow, not only outwardly but from within.

Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit and socialising with good friends. Weekly Reformer Pilates (it’s hard!) and PT sessions (even more torture!) keep me active enough to enjoy time with my little grandson, who never stops moving. I’ve also started golf lessons, but I’m not sure how I’m going to fit a game in the week!
The face we present to the world is so important to our sense of self that we may be extra-sensitive to features that we feel do not reflect our personality.
I had been helping patients improve the appearance and health of their teeth for decades before gradually developing an interest in subtle enhancements to the face that frames a beautiful smile. I realised that these gentle changes can give a huge confidence boost to the patients who receive them.
I won’t do anything that I can’t do to a high standard, so I did my training with Dr Tim Eldridge at myFACE in Cheltenham in May 2018, and then learned the critical skills of how to reduce risk and manage complications from leading aesthetics expert Dr Tim Pearce. This enabled me to be confident that I can provide natural looking “tweakments” in a safe and professional way.
Since then, I have become more and more concerned about the lack of regulation of facial aesthetics practitioners and the significant risks to patients as a result. The natural progression was therefore to open &Eve Aesthetics, where our clinicians are all registered healthcare professionals, and concentrate on holistic care, listening carefully to patients’ individual requests and including medical grade skincare to ensure you really are the best version of “you”.
Being trained as a dentist, I appreciate how aesthetics and dentistry work harmoniously together. I am passionate about all aspects of Aesthetics, both facial and dental. My aim is not only to make you feel confident wearing your smile, but also in your skin. I do this by providing undetectable treatments that enhance your natural features.
My focus is to provide patient-centred care, using a gentle, holistic approach with great attention to detail. Hi! I’m Dr Manisha Punj, a Dentist and Facial Aesthetics practitioner with a passion for providing ethical natural enhancements. I believe it is really important for patients to know who they are going to see, their credentials and most importantly know that they are in safe hands with a medical professional. I did my training at the Harley Street Avanti Academy and am qualified to provide a range of treatments so you can be confident you are receiving safe and effective care.

In my spare time, I love spending time travelling, quality time with family/friends and exploring new restaurants!
I have worked within dentistry for over 25 years, 16 of those as a hygiene therapist. Having almost pursued a career in beauty many years ago, it felt like a natural progression for me to move into facial aesthetics. So, I trained in filler and wrinkle reducing treatments in 2016 and have been gradually introducing them alongside my busy role as a hygienist ever since.

In my spare time I enjoy travelling, my other half and I like to take as many holidays and weekend breaks as we can. When I’m at home I enjoy healthy cooking, fitness and relaxing with my cats.

I started my career as a Dental Nurse and developed my skills and knowledge in many areas of dentistry, and I now work as a dental and facial aesthetics Patient Care Co-ordinator. I love that no day is the same and every patient has a story of their own; it’s great to be a friendly face during their treatment journey.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends. My partner and I are big fans of rugby so most of our free time is spent pitch side or at the club volunteering. When we are not at the rugby club our miniature dachshund Hector keeps us very busy!
Receptionist
Mine is usually the first smile you see when you walk into the practice. There is nothing I enjoy more than being “front of house” and making our patients feel welcome. I understand the importance of excellent customer service, am always looking for new ways to ensure the practice runs like a well-oiled machine.
In my spare time I am a keen photographer and traveller, and I am passionate about animal welfare – including hand rearing three newborn orphaned kittens. All in all, I’m a softy!
